The Cabinet of the Queen

Miss Pigsley had always fancied herself a Royal and this portrait proves that she had the regal bearing to pull it off. With serene self confidence the Queen contemplates the worshipful edible offerings that will surely be coming her way.

The original 13.25 inch x 11 inch acrylic painting on wood of The Queen is inset in a painted wooden key cabinet. 

This hanging wooden key cabinet has a lower rack for letters or papers and a cabinet with door that has two shelves and hooks for keys. I would guess that the cabinet is 1950's vintage or earlier.

The complete cabinet is 23 inches tall and 13.75 inches wide. The depth of the upper cabinet is 3 inches with the angled paper rack jutting out an additional 2 inches.

The Cabinet of the Queen is painted in gold lettering above the portrait.

This hanging key cabinet is in very good condition with a few minor paint chips and a bit of dirt. The inset painted panel is in excellent condition.

I am offering both the cabinet with painting and the painted panel separatly. Since there is only one original painting, whichever sells first will have the original Pigsley as the Queen artwork.
